RC/01A growth firm for home improvement
Demand, qualification, the appointment, and the close, run as one system inside a market we lock for you. Built for home-improvement operators at five to fifteen million in revenue and up.

01A note from the founder
Most agencies pitching home-improvement contractors have never walked a punch list at 6:30 AM. They've never sat across a Formica table at 7 PM and watched a married couple eyeball a $94,200 kitchen quote.
I have. I know what a design fee in the driveway feels like and I know how long a callback can sit before the homeowner books with someone else. RevCore HQ is the firm I wished existed when I was building a contracting business.
We don't run a SaaS funnel on the side for dentists. Every play we build, every script we train, every dashboard we ship, is built for crews in the field, reps in the home, and owners who plan in dollars per quarter, not impressions per month.
Most operators at five to fifteen million don't need more shared leads. Show rate is bleeding. Follow-up dies after touch two. The reps who closed on referral can't close cold. The third agency in three years already promised to fix it. The fix isn't fresh creative. It's a machine, built with your sales floor on the inside.
We sell booked appointments on your calendar, not impressions on a slide deck.
One contractor per trade per market. Your competitor is on the bench while you run.
Your reps learn the kitchen-table playbook next to a paid engine on the same line.
Reporting goes back to deposits cleared and crews dispatched, not click-through-rate.
02Four lines we hold
Median first-touch on inbound, measured to the homeowner's phone vibrating.
Owner-operators running five to fifteen million in revenue and aiming for thirty.
Once a city + trade is locked, we will not sign your competitor for any money. No exceptions.
The minimum window that lets a sales floor and a paid engine actually compound.

03Punch list · Pasadena, day 41
Highland Remodel Co., Pasadena. Carter kitchen + powder + pantry. Calacatta waterfall, custom inset cabinetry, 48" Wolf range, paneled Sub-Zero. Designed in the kitchen week one, signed with a $9,420 design fee on the iPad week three, built in six. That's the unit we sell.
06Trades we work with
Each trade closes differently. We build a different engine for each one — the design-fee motion for remodeling, the storm-trigger motion for roofing, the show-rate sequence for windows. Same firm, same operators, same kitchen-table playbook underneath.

Kitchen, bath, whole-home. The trade with the biggest tickets and the longest close cycle, so the engine has to work harder and earlier.

Don't see your trade? We'll tell you straight on the call. We've turned down more contracts in 2026 than we've signed.

The whole machine is the product. Hire any one piece and you're hiring a vendor. Hire RevCore HQ and you're hiring an engine.
Walk through the systemPaid media built for the homeowner who's already searching. Creative on a 7-day cycle. Geo-locked.
Form, callback, SMS. The wrong leads cool. The right leads warm. Speed-to-lead under a minute.
Live calendar, real reminders, real show. We measure show rate, not appointment count.
Trade-specific decks. Good / Better / Best. E-signature at the kitchen table. The deposit clears in the driveway.
Reactivation, reviews, referrals, organic. The book of business stops being a lottery ticket.
04Monday, 9:14 AM
Every booked appointment, the qualifier transcript, the photo the homeowner uploaded, the cost-per-booked attached. No vanity dashboards, no CTR, no impressions. Just the jobs that hit your calendar today.

05The close
Trade-specific decks. Good / Better / Best already priced. Financing on a single tap. Signature on the iPad before your rep stands up. The deposit clears in the driveway.

07Built only for home improvement
We don't run a SaaS funnel for dentists on the side. Every play we ship was built for crews in the field and reps in the home. The ICP is operators at five to fifteen million a year and up.
See the work
We were running design through Houzz and praying. The first signed design fee in week three paid for the quarter. By month six we had a six-month build backlog.
Stopped buying shared leads on day three. The kitchen-table deck was the unlock. Average ticket jumped 35% on the same close rate.
We ran on Angi for a decade. The first time we saw 80% show rate, the room got quiet. The follow-up sequence alone is the system.
Partner names and attributions are placeholder until public quote approval lands.
03Exclusivity
When a territory is locked, your competitors can't buy the same plays. They go back to shared leads, recycled creative, and shrinking margin. The gap compounds every quarter we run.

09Questions you should ask
If your answer to any of these reads like a sales pitch, it's probably not us. We'd rather lose the call than misrepresent what we are.
Owner-operators of home-improvement businesses doing $5M – $15M+ in revenue with crews in the field, a sales floor, and the capacity to absorb 20 to 40 booked appointments a month. Roofing, windows, siding, pool, landscaping, decks, remodeling, and general contracting.
We accept three to four operators per market. The rest are either too early, too cheap, or too coachable-on-paper-only. Read this before you book.
We're not the line item to negotiate. If price is the criterion, the gap won't close.
We can manufacture demand, but no system rescues a sales floor that ignores the phone.
We will create more jobs than most companies can field. If you can't deliver, we'll create chaos instead of revenue.
We'll fix the close rate next to the lead flow. If that conversation isn't on the table, this won't work.
Still here? You're in the small slice that wants to grow on the record, not in conversation. Book the call.
